Kids Love It So!!!

The party in the park organised by AFC Wembley brought smiles to the faces of hundreds of kids and parents alike. What was a great day became a memorable one as the kids in attendance were each given a T-shirt by TeamIMANI® Sport.

The event was to mark the opening of a new sports ground in the Preston ward giving local footballers first-class pitches to play on under the supervision of AFC Wembley.

AFC Wembley chairman Trevor Hutton said:

“I used to play here as a kid, so it is brilliant to have been able to help develop this into a top-class ground.”

The event showcased the new facilities with a football tournament, dancing and singing and fun activities and i can tell you there was nothing friendly about the football tournament. The competitive edge these kids have is amazing and i can definitely see some of them gracing the premier league in the near future.
